These People are absolutely unbelievable. Every time we call we speak to an associate who bends over backwards to get us what we need! Two associates spent almost all day- and for sure past the store’s closing time to find us every single item we needed, and made it all work within our budget. Do NOT buy furniture anywhere else…trust me!

They are very friendly when they are selling something to you. However, they do not stand behind their product when something goes wrong with it. They do not provide solutions to the problem, and they deceive the buyers into believing they are buying leather furniture that will not peel. When you need to talk to someone about a concern, you cannot get anyone to answer. The district manager, Vada Lucas, will not return emails either. The extended warranty is worthless. This chair was 13 months old when this occurred.
