Walked in the door and no one ever greeted us. There were 3 salespeople standing around talking. I’m assuming they couldn’t be bothered enough to make a sale. We ended up leaving and going next door to Home Zone and received a great deal on furniture and great customer service.

I purchased a leather living room set that cost me $4,000.00 in June 2020. Not even six months later the sofa ripped and the loveseats stitching has become undone. I have been in contact with both the insurance and warranty department and it has been a nightmare! I will not ever purchase from Ashley furniture ever again and certainly not recommend them to anyone I know. I called the store and they basically told me there was nothing they could do. This is horrible customer service. At this point, I just want my money back, so I can buy a new living room set from another company.

The store was incredibly clean and organized. My sales person was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was helpful without being too pushy which is important to me. There have been many times when I would leave an establishment simply because I didn’t like the way the sales person dealt with me. Making a major purchase can be somewhat stressful but I feel like shopping at Ashley’s made it less stressful. I will definitely send my friends there and do any future shopping for furniture there also..
