Ordered a couch with a 8 week delivery window; three months later and no update. My partner and I call every week to get an update and NO ONE ANSWERS or they hang up mid-conversation. I’m pretty sure they know our number and decide not to pick up since they know what order we are talking about when they do. HORRIBLE!

I cannot express how bad Ashley runs their store. I ordered my furniture in 9/20/20 and still have not received. This is a nightmare.

This location does not even deserve a one star. Upon entering the store, the store associates jump right on you and don’t even give you time to breath and look around. When telling them to give you time, they keep putting pressuring on you. I bought a dining set and a couch in Jan 2021 and was told max time for delivery would be 4-6 weeks. It’s currently May and still no sign of the delivery. When I called them up today, I was told it’s been pushed by 1 month. This has been happening since I ordered. They do not call you to tell you if there’s been change in delivery.
