I will never buy Ashley again! I bought an entire bedroom set right after stores opened after temporarily closing for the pandemic. I had my furniture delivered to a storage unit as I was preparing for a big move by the end of the year. My furniture was left boxed upon delivery to make it easier for moving. I recently moved out of state and discovered that all of my furniture was heavily damaged, some even unusable. The insurance policy they sold me refuses to cover the damages and so does Ashley Alabama since I moved out of state. I can’t say that Ashley is the reason for my damaged furniture or if it was the delivery company. But I feel like I have wasted $3,000.00 and wasted money on an insurance policy that is useless. The staff were always very friendly and I hate to even write this review, but I bought Ashley because I wanted quality furniture, not heavily damaged unusable furniture that corporate does not care about. It’s all about making money to them, not taking care of the customer.

We ordered a bedroom suit in February and have yet to receive the items or a valid update or explanation from the manager. Every month we’ve called the manager pushes the expected date to the next month. He even had the nerve to tell us that people have been waiting since November on furniture as if that was something to brag about. At this point we just want all of our money back.
