I purchased a sectional in cash 14 weeks ago. They have you sign a covid form saying your furniture is going to take 8-12 weeks to arrive. Knowing full well it isnt going to be there within that time frame. It’s just to buy them more time.When I called at the 12 week mark I spoke to the manager who without any remorse says, so your sectional should arrive middle of july. Another 7 weeks… to be clear.No one called me to update me. Not once. It’s clear no one actually knows when your furniture is going to arrive. They are just guessing. I had to ask for more information. All he had to say is things are getting worse.If things are getting worse you should compensate your customers. Make things right. Not just leave them hanging. Hoping to see their furniture within 20 weeks.This is seriously unacceptable. I wanted to purchase a dining room table next, but it’s clear it’s not going to be at ashley furniture.If someone does respond to this. I’d like a name and a number to call. Google wont let you respond twice and I feel like you should know that. I’d like to talk to a person who can get me some awnsers and make this right, or I’m going to need to cancel.
