My husband and I went shopping to furnish our newly bought condo in PR. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We were warmly welcomed by Miguel and later on Alyssa joined in. There aren’t enough adjectives to describe our furniture buying experience with Alyssa Miguel.As this was my second major purchasing event with Ashley, I had a Pres determined level of expectation. My previous experience was in selecting a FULL HOUSE worth of items…bedrooms, living room, den set, Dining room, barstools, bar sets and more..a MAJOR purchase. The service, attention and professionalism on that event was stellar and set a high bar.It’s fair to say that THIS team (Alyssa and Miguel) set a whole new level of attention and service. They were patient and super helpful. They never imposed an opinion but always rendered needed advice. Their friendly, warm demeanor made us feel as if we had known them forever!!I can’t recommend this Ashely store and this duo highly enough. They’re amazing!
