Recently moved to Middletown from NYC … so very use to salesman hunting customers down when shopping…. Not so here … stumbled across one of the most AMAZING sales reps ERIK ……One of the most important things for me is feeling like I am being heard and that the sales rep isn’t just pushing his/her own agenda. – I was really so so so impressed with this young man. He would pick up clues as we were talking and use that information to guide his recommendations….. he would state the reasons he was showing me something and state reason he wouldn’t show me something. Very very attentive and patient. Best furniture shopping experience I’ve ever had! Ashley is very lucky to have him and I wish him a lot of success! Thanks ERIK I love my furniture!!!

I am struggling to find the words that can accurately express the disappointment, frustration, and, frankly, anger that comes to mind when I hear the words Ashley Furniture. We spent a ton of money on a new bed with an adjustable power base. Our bed frame fell apart 15 minutes after delivery. After countless phones calls, their product specialists determined we needed we needed long bed rails to accommodate our mattress. After over a month of waiting for these new rails, I received the rails this morning only to have the assembly workers tell us that they do not fit. So, more than two months after purchasing my bed, here I am with a 1,000 dollar headboard leaning against my wall and a footboard under my bed.Whenever you call with an issue, all you will hear is that they will partner with our product specialists to achieve a resolution. After two months, I am still trying to figure out what this statement means. I feel that my wife and I have been patient and understanding during this process; we understand human error and that mistakes happen. However, given the amount of money we spent on furniture, I don’t feel that we are being taken seriously. To me, this doesn’t seem like a difficult problem to fix. I understand that Ashley Furniture is huge company and that an appropriate resolution may take time, but I am really surprised at the lack of knowledge these specialists have about their own products.
