Didn’t know ashley’s hired thief’s to deliver and enter peoples home. They came to deliver my recliner and as they were setting up the recliner one of the men kept looking around… Didn’t think much of it until I went to get my wedding ring from the chimney and it was gone! I looked everywhere trying to make sure I didn’t blame them without knowing facts. Well I couldn’t find, when I called the warehouse they never answered until the next day. When he answered he said that I should of call him immediately and because he answered so late it was my fault. He also said that because I had no video of them actually taking it that he couldn’t do anything to his workers. When I asked for their name for the police report they never called back. Never buying anything from them again!!

Although Ashley has beautiful decor and home settings, they disappoint on their delivery approach. We purchased our new set in late June, with promise of home delivery by early September. When they delivered, in mid October, they separated our order. Only receiving 3/5th of our new living room, we awaited the remaining 2/3rds of the sectional we purchased. On delivery day, 2 weeks later, we requested an afternoon pick up only to be called at 10 am. After attempting to reach only one of us, they left leaving a voice mail stating they were going to charge us an extra $200 storing fee. I went to the home store to pick up my furniture as not to be charged an additional $200 dollars and they had empty apologies. None of the mangers had the decency to approach me to offer any resolution. Only salesmen asked if they could help me find something. Customer service was basically no use, they had to call the warehouse where my furniture was and ask if i could pick it up due to covid. I had to drive across town and the only person that was helpful to me today was the warehouse supervisor. He had his staff help me load my vehicle and asked if there was anybody else he could assist with. Overall, i don’t think I’ll need to invest in any more furniture from Ashley, now or in the future.
