Bought an entire living set with a 5 year warranty with Platinum Warranty. Was lied to about the warranty details, and within 2.5 years 3 of the 5 pieces within the set have broken, and have not had any service covered. (Stripped screws, cracking wood, broken legs) Super cheap quality, terrible run-around with customer service both with Ashley Furniture and Platinum Warranty. Won’t even refund me, and only will over a in-store credit, but I now live out-of-state due to Covid. Be forewarned.
