We just purchased a saxophone for my son and the man was so incredibly nice and helpful. We were going back and forth between renting or buying and he was very patient while we decided and gave us all the different price options as well as showing us different brands, etc. Even when I called the day before, both reps were very professional and courteous.

Walked in and took a walk through and none of the employees asked if I needed a hand or was looking for anything. Would have been nice to get a little help and service.

Very friendly and helpful people, they have good deals on their instrument’s and accessories. They also have lay-away. Just put a parlor Alvarez lay-away and the gentleman was very helpful, helping me make up my mind and show me what he recommends.
