the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly but I must warn all not to buy an electronic device from here. A randy lanyard cartridge battery I bought 10 days ago stopped working and I was told that the store only stands behind the product for two days. The girl did try to work with me a bit I didn’t have the receipt but I didn’t want money back anyways only an exchange for a different model that isn’t prone to the fire button not actually firing like the one I purchased. But because I threw away the empty cartridge that came with the kit (honestly I have never needed an empty cart), she stated that all she could do is give a discount on a new one. I sense almost that they thought I was trying to scam. I have been coming to the store since January 2018( back when the register was on the far wall and before they had the humidor.) and have Gone there easily 100 times , spending 30 bucks or more each time. Why would I want to scam over a lousy 29 dollar cartridge battery? If you are not looking for an electric device I would even still recommend them. 99% of my experiences here were great. But after today I will not return
