This is a neighborhood company for us. They have done both our diningroom floor and our bathroom remodel. In both instances the workmanship was top notch and the pricing fair. The bathroom required removing a tub/shower insert and replacing with a fully tiled large shower and bench. They worked with us to get what we wanted and are trustworthy. It looks great and we are very pleased! A great local company with a strong reputation.

When I spoke to the owner of the store he sounded absolutely enthusiastic and knowledgeable we talked about replacing my kitchen and washroom floor, and we talked about sanding my other wood floors and refinishing them. the owner measured my rooms then I never heard back from him for a estimate. After a month of waiting to hear from him I went to the store with a note that asked for his estimate. I handed the note to his front girl receptionist that seem unresponsive as far as I;m concerned including, she assured me she would notify him.He did not return my inquiries. This led me to believe he doesn’t need the work, and he demonstrated very poor customer service responsibility.Terry
