I was quoted $120 to fix my car. I was informed when I dropped the vehicle off that if it ended up being more than the quote they would call me before moving forward. I told them yes please do that. I got the call my vehicle was fixed and was $337. I never got a phone call stating it would be more than $120. But of course paid the $337 in order to get my car. That’s nearly triple quote price. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They gave us a rip off and they told us that the transmission worked good so we bring to home and fix it so found put that transmission have crack so bad inside. I decided to refund it

This review is specific to the salvage parts business. I called about a transmission, was told that they had it and they would get it pulled for me. I received a call from them two days later saying it was out and ready to be picked up. The following day, my wife made a 3hr trip to pick it up and when she arrived she was told that they didn’t have it and didn’t have any record of us ordering it, then they said that they sold it a week ago. The entire interaction was exceedingly frustrating, and wasted our entire day and a tank of gas due to their incompetence.
