I understand mistakes happen but how they are handled and discussed is an opportunity to make things right. I went in for a straight forward mount and balance on 2 tires and walked out frustrated and upset. The service was initially done in an hour which was great. Unfortunately, the service was done incorrectly and no one noticed it but me when I inspected my vehicle before leaving the lot. I noticed that one of the tires was mounted the wrong way on the rim and it needed to be corrected. I spoke with a different gentleman than who originally processed my service order and he was prompt to have a tech bring the car back in. A half hour later the car was brought back up front for pick up with the inside cabin looking like a mess. It had looked like my glove box and center console had been searched through but my stuff wasn’t put back where it was moved from and some of it was knocked onto the floor. This was concerning and frustrating in regards to the care that’s taken with a client’s vehicle. The service writer Sal who processed my service order never once came to me and apologized about the inconvenience so I went back inside to ask if I could receive even a 5% discount on the service for the major inconvenience. What he did was tell me how he went out of the way to get my car in, have it done in an hour and then try to ignore the fact that it wasn’t done right and tried to make me feel that my complaint about my stuff being tossed about was not warranted. He brought the tech who worked on my car in to discuss my complaint instead of just apologizing for the poor experience. There was no need for the show that he was putting on as he continued to talk about the cameras that are everywhere recording our conversation and can see exactly what was happening in my car when it was in the shop. He was adamant about not doing anything to compensate me for the trouble and hassle and just continued to be condescending instead when I asked for the general manager info. Tone of voice says a lot and Sal was politely rude and lacked any true empathy for a role that is customer facing and represents this business. There are proper ways to handle difficult situations and then there’s the experience that I had with Sal and unfortunately it has left a major negative impression on me. I haven’t been this disappointed in a long time. My experience may have been a 1 off possibly and I sure hope no one else has an experience like this.

After speaking with the Store Manager the problem was resolved and we will be giving another opportunity for business in the future… thank you for reaching out to us… it makes a difference when people know business Managers/Owners care that much for their customers…Went in for a oil change for both mine and my wife’s New 2019 Subaru’s provided my oil and filters(AMSOIL Signature Series which is 13.30 a quart)that I wanted used in 2 separate boxes one for each car… the 2019 Outback when they drained the oil and removed the filter and replaced with my filter they left old oil around the filter and I’d looked like the oil was coming out around the filter very unprofessional on the clean up on that one… now here is the real kicker… the 2019 Crosstrek they put all 6 quarts I had in the box and the car only requires 4.6 quarts…. For those of you that don’t know too much oil will damage a engine severely… when I asked my wife for the extra oil to put up she informs me that it isn’t in her car so I immediately check the oil and wow… then I take it back to them and the remove some oil through the vacuum system they have but hey guess what they take too much out and have to use the quart I had left from my Outback… then the resolution was they gave me 2 coupons for future services that no one in their right mind would use after and experience such as this…
