I just want you to know what an outstanding employee you have in Gregory at the Concord California store. He was not only extremely knowledgeable and erudite, but was so helpful in finding me exactly what I wanted.I came in just to look and with the vague request of a whiskey colored, mcomfortable leather sofa. He patiently tweaked my preferred choices, to come up with the right size, comfort, appearance and color… imagine my surprise when I learned it was called saloon whiskey! We drove from San Jose to Concord to purchase our leather sectional from Gregory at Arizona Leather. They had a great selection of Omnia couches which we were looking for. We had Omnia couches in the past for 12 year that held up amazing and wanted to purchase another set of Omnia. Gregory was very knowledgeable, helpful, and great to work with. I recommend Arizona Leather and asking for Gregory.

We bought sectional couch 1.5 yrs ago… had to have the cushions replaced within 3-4 mos and while the salesperson was incredibly helpful, we’ve continued to have problems with the couch. When anyone sits on the sectional, they sink to the back wall/crevice and complain how terrible it is. Contacted customer support and they said, cushions just get soft. This is not soft, there is something wrong with the construction of their couches and they will not stand behind their product. Disappointing since we paid a premium for this couch! Never again!
