CAUTION! Online return – no refund to original payment method for sale items – even it’s on sale only 5%! luxury store?? Due to covid, I want to buy something good for your mom online only, and I thought this luxury store will fulfill my requirements, but they don’t. I missed the people who ran 2nd floor Aritzia at old location. This place looked better but a girl gave me a bad face when my return is slightly overdue. They said 14-day policy and no on-sale item, however the policy is 21 days and on-sale items with more than 50% off.2nd floor Aritzia before moving downstairs had nicer people and slightly more flexible return policyZ
