We ordered furniture in March that was estimated to arrive within 4-6 weeks and has still not been delivered. No responses were received to our emails requesting an update, and it took several calls to get it contact with anyone that would give us an estimate on when the furniture should arrive. After calling two weeks ago, they finally said the nightstands had arrived at their facility and would be delivered “soon” but the bed frame would not arrive until mid-May. After receiving no additional updates, we called to check in and now they’re apparently arriving some time in June. I have no idea why we need to follow up to get any sort of update on our furniture – every other company that we have recently ordered furniture from proactively reaches out with updates or apologies regarding anticipated delays. This has been an absolute headache and we regret ordering anything from here.

My husband and I have been extremely happy with our Arhaus experience! With the exception of our kitchen, we have at least one piece of Arhaus furniture in each room of our home. Our living room, family room, and master bedroom are entirely filled with Arhaus furniture. Our design consultant, Christian, was very talented and knowledgeable of Arhaus product lines and fabrics. We did a lot of custom upholstery items, and they all turned out beautifully. Arhaus furniture is high quality, and the company stands behind their products. In the warehouse, before delivery, a large ottoman we ordered was found to have a crack in one leg. The warehouse called me before installation to inform me of the problem and insure me that a replacement piece had already been ordered. They even have a concierge service which followed up with us to insure that we had a positive experience. We am recommending definitely recommending Arhaus to others.
