ordered +$10,000 of nice/quality furniture. but there is no one at the store that will take a call (just like to take messages) and then do not return calls. We like their products, but after 5 months of leaving messages, that are not returned, you make a repeat sale impossible. Is there anyone home at Arhaus?

Awful experience! We bought set of chairs early February & was told it’ll be ready end of March or mid April. It’s last week of May & it’s not here, they won’t refund but mentioned if by end of May we don’t get it they’ll give 5% discount…. a joke.It’s ridiculous if you can’t honor your delivery you should give refund.This will be my last time.There is no refund once you order, but no accountability from their side.
