Ordered the Portsmouth chair and ottoman. Ottoman cushion top has shifted. Have only used the ottoman a hand full of times. Due to high delivery charges, ordered our furniture from the Houston store which allowed pickup. Worth the drive for better customer service.

Is the couch comfortable? No idea. It was ordered over three months ago and they seem to have no idea when it will be ready. Told us ten weeks when we bought it and they were nice enough to collect the second payment (so fully paid for now) a few weeks back telling us it was nearly ready. After speaking with someone today, pretty clear that was not true at all. And our sales rep gave us her email and she can’t be bothered to respond. Great looking showroom though.
