I am SO excited that Arhaus is open! No more ordering furniture while in Cincinnati required! We have 15 year old black leather club chairs that are still just as firm as the day we bought them. Last summer, we bought a sectional in Ohio, since we couldn’t find anything nearly as well made in Alabama.

Good service at the store, but given no ETA at time of order. Ordered dining room table, chairs, and cabinet in Dec 2020, and Jan 2021. After extremely long wait time, only table has been delivered that has been acceptable. Quality control is terrible. Have previously refused delivery of chairs due to poor quality & refused delivery of cabinet today due to poor quality. Have reached out to customer service each time and although they apologize, nothing seems to be a priority to them and all we get is that they will reorder and it will be another extended wait time. Very unhappy and will never shop here again.

Wonderful help in the store however if you want furniture in a quicker time frame do not buy Arhaus. I ordered a couch in October and still no couch. It has been over 4 months and deliver won’t happen for at least 5 months. No updating on order. No available contacts to schedule delivery. I will never order from Arhaus again.
