During these theatrical times, its near impossible to get good service these days, especially quality service. Even if we were in normal times, I would still say this was superb service. A custom high end gaming tower was brought in for more hyper technical diagnosis. They were able to determine the issue and quickly resolved the problem. I received back a computer better than it was drop off (besides the issue) – no sloppy work here, and you can trust that your computer is in knowledgeable and good hands.
