Purchased a flower arrangement from Santinas Flowers in Fairbanks, through their online system. Received a call the day of, mid-morning, informing me that they could not deliver my order because it was over an hour away. I noted that the address for delivery was less than 25 miles from their place of business. The worker declined to honor my purchase & offered to cancel the order. I contacted ARTIC FLORAL, which is a business located 1 mile FURTHER from the delivery address and they CAME THROUGH FOR ME! Big time!!! What a blessing! Although I understand that their system made a mistake, as a business owner, I feel as though they should’ve honored my purchase. No future discount, etc was made to correct their mistake. I felt extremely let down as this was a very important gift & I am over 3,500 miles away and could do nothing. I reccomend ARTIC FLORAL. Call Laura and she WILL honor your purchase & come through for you!! Her arrangement was absolutely beautiful too!
