I believe, that one of the most important things about a restaurant is…..The personality of the employees. This Arby’s, has the best employees. Always friendly and eager to greet you with a smile. They treat you as if, you are part of their family. And for that reason alone, they are a step above other restaurants. Not to mention, they are also quick with your order. Employees were very polite and well mannered. The food was pretty good. Arby’s has never been my favorite place to dine and the prices are a little high for their food but it was as good as I imagined it would be.

The food is obviously great. However, I need to shine some light on the Manager and the Shift Manager.I am a Manager at a Car Dealership and I had a LARGE order for everyone at the dealership. I went to pick up our food and these two ladies had the BEST attitude and were beyond friendly. You would’ve almost thought they get tips for outstanding customer service. In a time where business’s are short staffed and the work load is doubled, they are doing phenomenal with the best attitude and everything with our complicated order was correct. Thank you for sharing a smile and being great!
