I wish there was a negative rating options. We went through the drive thru, ordered our food. When we got to the window we waited over 10 minutes to receive our order. We were the ONLY customers in line. Our food was COLD!!! The employees were just standing around on their phones! We will never eat at Arby’s in Alex City ever again. This is such a disappointment!!
