Love the Arby’s staff in Potsdam, New York. They give our dog a doggy bowl while we wait for our food and always aim to please. Keep up the good work you guys

I realize I was there during the lunch rush, so I have to accept that there will be some degradation of quality due to the lack of time available to repair my meal. However, my salad was crushed, limp, and didn’t fill the cup like it should, and my sandwich was caustic in places due to the overabundance of sauerkraut in the Reuben.Take a look at the salad in the picture. Doesn’t that look as sad as a wet kitten?I enjoy Arby’s. Unfortunately, this place has been failing to meet expectations most of the time when I go there. For example, early this Autumn I went in and got a chicken cordon bleu sandwich. There was no swiss cheese, but there was a super abundance of mayonnaise. How much mayonnaise? Well, to put it directly it made me almost throw up when I tried to take my third bite.No, that’s not hyperbole or exaggeration in any way, shape, or form. I dry heaved and my dining companion asked if I was okay.I went to the counter to get a sandwich replacement. They were extremely apologetic and hurried through making a second sandwich. I sat down, open the box, and immediately returned to the counter because my chicken cordon bleu sandwich was missing the chicken.Take a moment and let that sink in. I had gone from a fried chicken and mayonnaise sandwich to a mayo on white, hold the chicken.My third sandwich had a generous but tolerable level of mayonnaise and I finished it.As to why I keep going back, sometimes I don’t have a lot of time to eat and I get tired of eating Burger King and McDonald’s.In any case, it’s okay. It’s something different from the immediate competition, but I strongly recommend you avoid it during the lunch and dinner rushes.

I am very disappointed with our experience this afternoon at Arby’s. The girl taking our order had too many tasks and was doing half of the work of other workers there as well. I noticed the manager was sitting down as well as one other girl while people waited in line from anywhere to 8 minutes for their order. The dining area was absolutely filthy and I had to request to have my table cleaned off hands down this was not only the worst experience for Arby’s but all fast food places.
