Being in the customer service industry for the last 9 years, I will never work with Aramark again. I highly recommend avoiding this company and shopping local to any business owners out there.These guys want 5 year contracts for washing towels, after you sign that contract they will continue to increase your price up to 4x what the competition is charging. You can expect to be put on hold and called back days later while trying to negotiate lower pricing. You can expect them to enforce your contract even though you are unhappy with there product, service, and pricing (which has all changed from the initial day you signed up with them)Take this warning to heart. save yourself the headache and money.
