Worst service ever. They are nice in the beginning but beware. Everything breaks. Warranty is a joke. They try to tell you it’s covered but give you the run around and never call you back and ignore your calls. Was told to be patient the techs are busy. If you sold decent appliances your techs wouldn’t have to service everyone’s stuff. What’s worse is the attitude they give you for your right to use the warranty. Buyer beware. If I had the extra money I’d buy from a real and genuine store that honors their warranties and isn’t rude to the customer.

Scam business. (estafadoras) They sell broken appliances. Look at the Yelp reviews and complaints on the Better business Bureau (BBB) website. We bought a fridge from them, paid to have it delivered and the fridge didn’t work. They are difficult, dishonest, and should not be in business. Beware.

They sold me a dryer and I used it maybe 4 times and the power completely went out. Called them on 3 separate days multiple times the receptionist said they would send a technician out and never called back with a time. I called again she said it would be that day or the next, again no call back with time or when they would show up. Called the last time talked to a technician and he said he would come after he ate and again no one called or showed up. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. They were quick to take my money though.
