I bought a washer off of Facebook, the communication there was pretty good and the price and warranty is a good value. They offer delivery, installation and could take away my old unit, which I wanted. It’s a couple, small owned and that showed in them being late to meet up to check out the unit and showing up for installation and it was kind of tough getting as good communication in getting the unit installed via phone as it was on Facebook. But it’s not like the big guys are perfect either. Mario was nice, professional, let me know about some issues getting the water hot enough, which is good cuz otherwise I would have thought the unit was broken but I was able to troubleshoot the issue on my end and find a fix to know it wasn’t the machine but my water mix, which is a problem all over the house. We’ll see if the machine breaks down the day after the warranty lol but as of now I feel confident recommending them to someone patient.

A little hard to find in the corner of the plaza. Lots of traffic lights and traffic to get to southern Oxnard. Had the part I was looking for my WP oven.
