Slow and UnresponsiveServiced my refrigerator on a Monday, told my wife they would call me with information on a the part needed. I waited 2 days until I called them back. They never answered the phone, I left several messages and didn’t receive a call back until Tuesday the next week.They couldn’t get the part needed because it was discontinued(which is no fault of theirs) but it also took them an additional week to notify my warranty department before they would consider replacing my appliance.

I got a washer here a few years back, and it broke the second time I used it. I called appliance one and the owner came out the very next day to take a look at it. He didn’t have the parts with him to fix it but, not only did he drive all the way out to the woods where I live, I he told me to call the store and tell the floor supervisor that I would be in the next day to pick out a new one. That is, to me at least, customer service on a different level entirely. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the parking area could use some work and it’s easy to miss if you don’t know what your looking for. But that’s it. Keep up the good work, y’all!

Bad customer service. I went into this store and all the refrigerators that was on the showroom floor were marked as sold. I went back the next day after he got more in and 5 more of them were already sold but not picked up. The only one he had was one that he told me he was selling for $500 and then he marked it up to $650. In my opinion he is holding his inventory for people based on a promise and refusing to sell to people with cash in hand. This is legal but I think its a bad business practice.
