I don’t understand why they can’t get a single order correct. No matter how many times I repeat myself and confirm, every single order has been incorrect. cooks aren’t checking orders leading to missing items. We like applebee’s food and this is the closest location. We’ve dealt with the issues because the food is still good but today they gave us the wrong dish all together. I think this place has a high turn over of employees. It seems we get someone different with every phone call. There are some regulars who know what they’re doing but we’ve had quite a few people who don’t know or understand their own menu options leading to constant frustration. PLEASE train these people and keep them away from phone orders until they understand the menu. I’m tired of getting the wrong dish because they are mixing up menu items.

This place is good depending on who is tending bar and serving . But I am impressed by the manager he was pulling out the booths and cleaning the walls and seats.
