My Iphone wasn’t always charging because the charging port was weird. I thought I cleaned it out really well, but still had charging problems. I made an appointment and took my phone to Apple.Sam helped me. Sam was really pleasant and professional and thought my port still had some gunk in it. It was taken to the back room and cleaned out. When it came back, we tried my charging cable, and it was much better. And NO CHARGE for the cleaning.Thanks for the Great service Sam!!

They kept my phone that they said they could fix came back at the time told to be told the screws were stripped and they couldn’t get it open hmmmm just maybe there technicians stripped it why wouldn’t they tell us when we showed them the phone so we proceeded to a phone kiosk in the mall they fixed it. Nice work apple
