Went there yesterday for a repair on my laptop. The check-in process was quick and easy. I was taken into the store on time and the technician, Jose, was amazing. He had my laptop running again within minutes. He was incredibly polite and respectful. He used hand sanitizer prior to touching the computer. Jose didn’t make me feel bad for not knowing what was wrong with my computer and I very much appreciated that.

Worst apple store ever, went In to purchase an iPad at opening time & they told me to come back at 3PM, 5 hours later. Meanwhile the store was empty, great first responder service. They simply don’t care and have no respect. Will never be returning to this location. One word describes them, “ LAZY”.
