i made an appointment at the genius bar to assess my apple watch. the associate didn’t explain what she was doing, didn’t communicate AT ALL, and spent more time in the back room than with me. she didn’t attempt to do anything at all, told me my watch was out of warranty and to get a new one, and then left. zero effort to explain the situation. after the 20 minutes i was there, i still have no explanation as to WHAT is wrong with my watch other than it’s broken. clearly i knew it was broken, or i wouldn’t have made an appointment for a broken apple watch. you’re the genius please tell me what is wrong with it? i have no more information than when i went in, and had to go in during a pandemic for this. absolutely zero out of five stars.

Had to make an appointment for service. Colin , our rep was very knowledgeable and patient, helping us make our purchase. He set up a phone appointment to help us activate the phone. Pleased with service so far
