Terrible procedures. Mixed bag of employees. The front handlers can be really rude, dismissive and indifferent. They should have kept this store closed after covid. The act of taking appointments is ridiculous – It’s just to make you feel better. When you get to the store, there is already a huge line with no sense of prioritization. A 30min to 1hr issue is just as important as the 5min replacement of a defective mouse. This place is a stain on Apple’s supposedly great customer service… just make the appointment and go as soon as you have a couple of hours to waste…

I have visited this location 3 times this year.The staff is Rude, No Knowledge what’s so ever.Customer Service and staff needs major improvement, they show great amount of attitude. And give excuses on your issue.Keep in Mind. “AppleCieloVista Excellent Customer Service is a priority in any Retail Franchise.If your going to be rude, and show great amount of attitude, most of all Don’t WANT TO SOLVE A CUSTOMERS ISSUE.Then your not fit to work in retail.Maybe it’s just the City itself that needs to learn manners.
