Staff was very helpful. Happily let me stay past close so that my new iPhone could finish set up.***Tip: if you make a Genius Bar appointment and think that you might need to get a new phone as well—make both a Genius Bar appointment and a reservation to buy something. They’re different! Thankfully they found someone that had time to help me out just before close, but it would have been a pain to come back at a later date.

Staff are helpful, my son needed a new screen, the price was reasonable and it only took an hour. Saw many products that look like something I’d use. Not a customer yet but seriously thinking about it. My daughter has an iPhone and my son has one too. The customer service is great.
