Paul is always very inviting and friendly. My husband had my engagement ring fully customized, he listened to what he wanted in the ring and Paul made it happen. He was very helpful and thorough through the AutoCad drafting and design ideas and informing of material costs. We thank him very much for the amazing work he and his partners did to give me an amazing one of a kind ring. We loved his work and the friendly / family environment of the shop so much, we purchased our wedding bands there as well. In looking for my husbands desired ring, many shops seemed to be giving us the runaround and not helpful. Paul and his team listened to what he had in mind and made it happen without question. The ring was at the shop within a week. Thanks Paul and Co.! P.S Family heirloom diamonds were used in the engagement ring and he took great care in making sure they shined in the ring!
