Its such a bummer that as a holistic health store, they are still requiring masks. Everyone knows the masks do not prevent Covid. Only a healthy immune system. Teach health, nutrition,not fear and conformity. And why are people afraid of conteacting a virus with over a 99% recovery rate?Wake up people.We have all been sick before and the majority of us recover, this is no different.This is not the first nor last new virus, or foreign agent that’ll be introduced to humanity.Get a grip!

The smoothies from the cafe are bland, not really tasteful, They’re being super cheap and the staff is condescending, not all of them but some. Prices are not competitive and I think they are having COVID issues around, which actually upset me because I could of got my answer over the phone instead of coming into the store.

Everytime I come here, I discover something new. Definitely one of the best kept secrets in all of Oak Cliff. Its rare for an independent health food store to have such a substantial selection like they do. I can get all my essentials on the vitamin side in multi vitamins, fish oil, and probiotics. I also eat at their cafe at least 2 times a week, since its one of the few healthy choices south of the river- I would highly recommend the cranberry chicken salad sandwich, turkey burger, or the smoothie bar. They also have gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options available in both the cafe and grocery side of the store. Third generation family owned and operated in the community for over 30 years, so you know they have your best interest in mind. Refreshing find for sure!
