I took one of our dogs in the past there. They gave me something that was supposed to help make his cot shinny and he ended up throwing up and didn’t want to walk the next morning. Had toTake him to the vet. If you google the shop you’ll see they have been invested before. And people have filed suits against them. I didn’t go back after that

I have been coming here for a couple years now and I have never had an incident like this but they refused to take responsibility for what they did to my husky and their staff was very unprofessional and screamed in our faces when we confronted them about what they did . They blamed it on me and Anna told me to go home and be happy . They have cut our dog before but we gave them the benefit of the doubt . Please check yelp for reviews . They are accurate and are rated 2 stars and have pictures of all the poor dogs they have mistreated. I wish I knew sooner . Please don’t bring your dog here. These people don’t care about animals . And she will deny everything they have done . This business needs to be shut down .

This business is too unorganized and unprofessional. The prices fluctuate , not based on dogs services or listed prices, but based on who checks you out. When the owner calculates your bill and it’s a holiday weekend, she addsadditional$10 higher and makes excuses like it was the dog whose different. I did business thereforepast 8 mos andnow FED up, seeing what the pattern mounted to and never the same skills in grooming results. Now the sign says $20 extra for aggressive DC dogs dont know what determines tHat at but I do know your pets will be there all day and they dont even give them water. I’ve telephoned while in shop and watched them let phone ring and tell me oh the phone never rung.
