This is the ABSOLUTE WORST run store possible! I spent over an hour on the phone with 2 managers – Kathy and Britney – totally incompetent. When my daughter drove to the store, she was met by Britney, and mydaughter wasted not only 1/2 hour in the store, but gas and time and it turned out Kathy had lied to me again and Britney wasn’t any help at all.I will be contacting corporate in the morning; don’t bother trying to use their order and pick up in the store service; it’s totally a waste of time.
