I ordered flowers to be delivered from Angela’s because I wanted to support local business. I was very disappointed with the flowers that were sent and the customer service that followed. The number of flowers used was less than half of what I was told would be usedAfter seeing this I called Angela’s and kindly explained the situation. She was rude over the phone and the excuse she gave me was that flowers are more expensive and it is what it is. Her excuse doesn’t make sense as the delivered arrangement was more than 50% smaller then what was shown to me. Also if this is true then at the very least she could have told me this over the phone when I ordered or when the arrangement was being made. She wanted to quickly get off the phone and offered to either drop off three stems of mums ( which is still far from what I was told I would receive) or just have it picked up. This was meant to be a gift not meant to be an inconvenience.
