Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!First time going to this store and definitely the last time!!As I’m looking around I see a leash that I like…I send a picture to my husband and before my husband could answer I gave it to the man attending me telling him I was going to take it. He then proceeded to put it in a bag and give it to the cashier. As am getting ready to pay my husband answered to my txt saying the leash was not what he was looking for and I kindly tell the cashier “ I’m sorry I won’t be taking this after all”. He then responded “next please make sure you ask how much things cost here because if you don’t have money you shouldn’t be saying you are taking it”. I then responded “its not that I don’t have money. I do have the money to pay however I don’t want it after all.” He then says “ well if you are paying with a credit card there’s a fee I need to charge and it’s $35 do you have enough or will you be telling me you don’t want as well”This mad made me so upset and humiliated. I have never encountered someone that rude or disrespectful. There was no need for him to be as rude as he was!

Good and service and they give the shots to your dogs if you need someone to do it for you

Great place to buy food or some meds for your pets. Expect to walk in and serve yourself, they won’t come up to you and ask if you need help. Prices are a little high but there is a limited amount of places like this and spread out. Other than that it’s a good place, I would recommend it.
