Terrible Customer service. I had a horrible experience. Cashier was so rude and hollered at me when I asked a question. I will never go back even though its around the corner from home.

This location has some great deals, it also has a few great staff members, but you will on occasion get a few rude associates that don’t really like to help. My last straw for this location was Easter Sunday around 3 pm. We stopped in for some nachos before my daughter had to go to work only for the condiments to be out. When we asked for assistance the lady was not helpful, and rude. She didn’t try to help squeeze anything out fiddled around for 20 minutes then when she finally changed the chili she glared at us and said it would be a while before it had to warm up. So of course we didn’t make the purchase with a drop of sauce on the chips. We had to leave and couldn’t wait. Would have been nice to have given an estimate or apologized. All we got was her grabbing the nachos and crushing them in her hands as she walked away. I reported the issue to ampm on fb where they said I’d get a call and a message left…yet nothing till this day. I know the area can be rough, I’ve seen some shifty characters around there so maybe they have to be a bit rougher. It’s not a friendly environment I’d advise to shope elsewhere when you can.

Terrible customer service tried to charge me more then the machine said and were extremly rude making me feel like I was in the wrong. Whatever you do dont come here!
