Very professional and friendly service, but I’m deducting two stars for making me wait 30 minutes past the time I scheduled an appointment for. It looked like when I arrived that they were taking walk-ins ahead of me even though I arrived five minutes early. I then was told to wait in my car, and after 30 minutes I told them I have a meeting coming up and I had scheduled an appointment for that very reason. At that point, they promptly took care of my service. But, my point here is why bother making an appointment if you don’t honor the time the customer schedules? Other than that, I was pleased.

Great team, super knowledge on Tesla’s, so no need to bring those pucks I see online all the time. They helped guide me through my tire’s mileage warranty process and got me out the door with fresh kicks for my car within 20 minutes ( just the swap portion, the warranty process takes a while because of the tire company not because of America’s Tire). Nicholas is a great guy, I also remember Jose and Daniel, definitely would be back for my tire rotations!

America’s Tire has an efficient process to deal with the logistics due to CoVid. I knew the tires I wanted and purchased them online. Once that is completed you are prompted to make a reservation for installment which was the next day. You check in (very fast since everything was paid for). You wait in your car for 10 mins and are directed to an open bay. The tire replacement took 20-30 minutes. Start to finish was less than 1 hour. The staff was amazing. Each employee was professional and cordial. I never felt rushed. Excellent customer service DESERVES recognition.
