Man these guys know what customer service is!I’ve been coming here for a while to get tires on my rig and each time I’ve been in I’ve been greeted like I’m family there!In and out with in an hour or so each time if not less!David has been extremely helpful and so has his other staff members!Definitely recommend this AT shop vs the other in the bay area!Also in the neighborhood there’s tons of places to eat and walk around.Once again highly recommend this shop! You won’t regret it!

Does not stand up to America’s Tire name, brand, and quality. Avoid this location. Go to Concord or San Ramon.Reason for rating: They lost my center cap and returned wheel without center cap. Wasted my time with back and forth trips. Eventually found it under a lift and gave it to me scratched up.Damaged wheel paint around center cap entry. It is now chipped and bare metal is exposed.Wheel weight installation was disgusting. Concord America’s Tire used black wheel weights with clean install. Walnut Creek left residue and used silver color weights on black wheels.Asked for the old tire not to be thrown away and returned to me. They threw it away and had to retrieve it.A tarnish on America’s Tire / Discount Tire name, a company that has met and exceeded all of my expectations for over a decade of patronage… until my first and last visit to the Walnut Creek location.
