Professional and friendly. Visited on a Friday morning (8:30) and it was semi busy with 3 customers in the waiting room and several more outside. Another 4-5 cars were lined up at one point for air or tire rotations since that comes with the package if you buys tires from them. Lastly, don’t buy the tire certificate (for blowouts, damage) online, they will give you a discount when prompted to buy it in person. Another customer was buying a one time tire rotation and balance and they were trying to upsell him to a lifetime rotation and balance. When prompted the manager was willing to discount. So again, don’t buy the extras online, you can probably get a discount in person.

I bought a set of wheels from the Tire Rack, who listed Wheel Works (across the street from America’s Tire) as one of their preferred installers, so the day I received the wheels, I called the store to inquire about bringing in my existing tires and rims and have my existing tires (<6000 miles) installed on my new wheels. I was told no problem and no appointment necessary. Today I took my tires and wheels in (off the car) to Wheel Works and was told they could not reinstall my “used” tires on my new wheels. So, I went across the street to this America’s Tires who were happy to do the job and they DID a fine job.

I am spellbound by the amazing service. I came at 5.45 pm and they close at 6. They stayed late to finish my work. The whole environment is geared towards giving high quality service and they are absolutely not about making quick bucks- they are professionals and fair. I am amazed at how polite the staff were. Kudos to the entire team for making this a great experience. I am glad I came here, will come back again. Recommending very highly- anything about your tires come here if you are from the area.
