Despite the longer wait, this was an all around best possible experience. It was made clear right away and a few times during the process of the longer wait. Got a small hole repaired for free, which is good, and made it worth the wait. Also happened to go in a cooler day, waiting in the car in this instance was much better than the lobby.As it warms up I would hope maybe they put some canopy or shaded area, and maybe advise people upon pulling in that the initial list they go on is not a check in but a waiting list to the check in. Still the time estimates were very accurate and only off about about 10 minutes.Also, the use of digital queue management software is excellent, especially if you want to leave the car and go off to do something else.

I had a flat tire and Jack Smith helped me out and provided excellent service. I was in and out and had new tires in no time. They have a ‘check in’ in the parking lot to promote social distancing. Everything went smoothly and easily here.
