The initial service was pleasant. Going over prices and coverage. Prices comparable to other tire shops…no great discount advantage. I made an appointment to bring my car back later to get new tires put on. They ask you come 15 minutes early yet take your car past appointment time. When checking out, they handed me my receipt while talking to another customer on the phone…I had to interrupt in order to ask if I was done…no thank you…nothing. Disappointed in customer service when leaving. They seem more interested in quantity not quality of customer service.

I would like to start out by thanking Shawn and his team for all there help. We had lost a trailer tire just 2 exits from the campground we are staying at and Shawn was able to schedule 2 back to back appointments so I can bring tires in 2 at a time so we didn’t have to move our trailer out of spot at the campground. Everyone was very friendly and very efficient.
