It was packed when I got there but I was immediately acknowledged and was checked in when I entered the parking lot. I parked and shortly thereafter Bode came and talked to me, measured my tires and was kind enough to bring me my receipt. I didn’t have to leave my car until it was ready to be served. Abel Lopez was my technician and he was very capable and had my tires rotated and one repaired in less then 30 minutes. He was also kind enough to make sure my spare tire was at the right psi.I have been a customer with this chain for a long time and they never fail me. Always professional and courteous and get the job done at every location I’ve been to in at least 3 states.
