My husband and I went in because he was told he had a slow leak in in rear driver’s side tire. The check-in process was very smooth. We drove our car into the bay and had a seat outside. Shortly one of the technicians came out and explained what the issue was. The tire was fine, but there was an issue with the rim. It wasn’t something they could fix but they were able to do an adjustment which will allow the tire to keep more air. After doing that they gave us the key and sent us on our way with no charge!!!! And all of the techs we dealt with were super cool and friendly!

I would give it 6 stars if I could. BEST customer service EVER. Fast, friendly, informative, knowledgeable and efficient. Excellent service. I bought my tires here, have warranty and have gotten plenty of flats. Everytime I come it’s a hassle-FREE experience for me. NO drama! I recommend this place to everyone I know is looking into buying new tires or wheels! They’re also following all of the Covid-19 restrictions and guidelines. Will be back to fix my next flat. Hopefully not SOON

They were incredibly helpful and beyond nice!Our tire had a nail in it, and they patched it, took the spare off, and put the patched tire back on our car WITHOUT us even needing to get out of the car! Oh and did I mention they did this for FREE! It was considered a minor repair so it was completely free and they refused to accept our tip! This was the most pleasant car related experience we’ve ever experienced! I’d highly recommend coming here, and I know we will be back the next time we need a service.
