I come here almost everyday and Betty is the most rude person I’ve ever come into contact with. It’s always the customers problem before she tries to handle the situation in a polite and helpful manner, UNTIL she realizes it’s an issue on her end, or the stores end. I love coming here and I usually find great deals, but having to deal with BETTY has become more and more of an absolute HASSLE. I’ve already spoken with someone else about this issue who seemed to have a higher position in the store. They told me they knew exactly what I was talking about and tried to bring me to a different cashier because they knew all about Betty. Yet I still have to deal with Betty’s rude attitude every time I’ve come into the store since then. Get a new job Betty if you can’t handle being a nice person.

This large thrift store had a lot to choose from and great variety, the store was well organized and clean for a thrift store so I’ll definitely be back to shop there again.
